There are 2 ways to book an at home service – You either can BOOK service online yourself on our website  – pick a location, service needed and preferred nail pro, if any  – or you can call/text out office and concierge will help you to book or find more availability if you can’t find the desired spot online.

We suggest you find a place in your house with good lighting and comfortable seating for both you and a nail pro – a table with 2 chairs, and don’t worry about the table, our techs carry acetone proof mats with them. Outside services can be performed for classic nail polish procedures only.

Yes, you can pick 2 or more professionals to arrive at the same time – either for yourself to shorten the procedure time or for 2 people. Group bookings are also available.

We offer classic and spa manicures and pedicures, gel polish, dip services, acrylic full sets, apres and nail art. We also provide express last minute fixes as well for a minimum travel fee. The full list of services with prices and description you can find HERE.

We do NOT offer russian style manicures, as we believe these types of manicures need to be performed in a salon setting only.

We do NOT offer any medical nail services, we do not cut or treat ingrown toenails. However, we offer diabetic pedicures, please request one prior booking.

Once we find a pro for you, set up a date and time – we collect 100% deposit at the moment of booking to secure your appointment. You can add gratuity at the moment of booking or you can tip your service provider on completion of the service.

Our cancellation and/or rescheduling policy is 6 hrs. It is not 24/48 hrs as in most standard nail salons, but it is very strict. All deposits made are non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled less then 6 hrs prior your appointment time during business hours (8am-8pm).  Should you cancel 6+ hours prior – a full refund (except about 3.9% processing fees) will be processed or 100% of payment will be credited towards the future services.

If you are late up to 15-20 min – service can still be performed, if you are late halftime to your appointment (mani-pedi, for example) – only half of the services will be performed, however you will be charged for the full service. In some instances a service can be shortened – for example a polish change instead of a full manicure or pedicure service. If a service provider is late up to 20 min – s/he still can finish the full service on time. If s/he is more than 30 min late – you have a  full right to cancel and either reschedule or get a full refund.
